Shadows week 8

To make shadows you need light something we haven't seen much since we have had a million days of rain. But Monday there was a bit of sunshine after work so the dog and I walked. Taken with my phone and edited in snapseed

week 5 of the P52 challenge is shadows

It was a beautiful day so we headed to the dog park  I really wanted to get his shadow but he was to full of cabin fever to stand still and was off running  I really liked these tree shadows though so this is what I went with

while in san francisco on the bus I saw this building with the shadows falling on it.  thougth it was pretty.  Not to bad of a picture taken through tinted bus windows with a little point and shoot.

I loved the way the light came through this window. 

This is John browns fort at harpers Ferry. and since you are all probably bored with my trip back east a couple more pictures of the fort here it is in full form:



and this shot was of the marker where the building orignally stood.  yeah I tried to be clever and have the name pointing to the building but there were a lot of wires and such in the way it just doesn't look right to me.

happy April!!!!!   everyone ready for something a bit different?  maybe some springtime?  I sure am especially some sunshine.  this month I am participating in a blog hop of songs and what they represent to us.  some of the themes have been challenging for me.  Your quest is to guess the song from the picture I have posted.  And please check out the blog list to the right for some more fun with songs.



so what is your first guess to this song?

I had this song in my head for weeks trying to take a picture for it was another challenge.  with nothing but cloudy, rainy or snowy days it was impossible.  Finally March 26 I got a quick chance to take the shot and my reluctant husband indulged me for a moment. ONLY a moment though so one quick shot is all I got.

along the way I will give you clues and then at the end of the post I will put the answer with a copy of the song if possible. 

so this obviously has something to do with feet.

this is my favorite song of all time because it gets up and going and I just can't help myself I feel like dancing to it. 

its an older song 80's I think
