magic trick

I learned a new trick.  How to make an animated GIF (keeping fingers crossed that this works on the blog it did work in a test email)  Thanks to Geri at My Heart Art.  I will post the link also in my tips section but check her out.

Tip #3 - upload to flickr and when posting to your blog ONLY use the original size

editing fun

this is my completed edit for the my reflection of something submission

here is what I did what isn't explained that I used the clone tooled out the toys and added a layers adjustment and second layer to brighten the sky.  I used textures from shadowhouse, pixie dust and french kiss (my new favorite)

chasing rainbows

found a quick and easy tutorial and thought I would give it a try on this imagine that you have seen before.  yeah it's one of those images that I just plain like. 

the tutorial uses the gradient tool to create a rainbow and can be found here. Please check out this blog they have some great information on it.
