name that flower

please because I have no clue.  but it was pretty and we saw many of them on the trail

edited to add thanks to a couple of readers this is called a Trillium and it is the official flower of Ontario.

    Looks like a trillium. We have tons of those here in the Gorge.

    It is a Trillium. It is the provincial flower of Ontario where I live. I love them even the Wake Robin a pinky red one. Cat
