post card home

This past weekend we went for a short hike along the river and I took this pathway picture.  I saw this and thought of the postcard mask offered by shadowhouse and thought it would be perfect.   as you know this month my quest is to learn a little more about photoshop elements, masks, layers and adding words and quotes to my work.  Please check out his site he has some wonderful works there.

oh this was an exciting site to see. It was actually taken the day before so I am cheating. both of these were. but only because we spent pretty much the entire day in the airport flying back west.
can't leave the east coast without a picture of a wooded area. love all the leaves still on the ground. Gorgeous state.
