big sky country has something else big in it
so did you guess yesterday's destination? we are at the Bison national refuge about 40 miles outside of Missoula Montana.
montana is called big sky country for a reason. big beautiful mountains, skys and plains.
this is the side of the range that can be seen from the highway.
Next stop for $5.00 a car load, 19 miles on a gravel road and some animals that only a few people ever get to see this close.

ReplyDeletePre-parenthood our last vacation was to Montana and Wyoming hiking in Glacier, Yellowstone and The Tetons and I just loved Montana. Can't wait to see your photos of the next part of your trip.
