I just really liked how the light was shinning on this statue of George Washington so sharing it.  this statue is in the Smithsonian Amercian History museum for more information on it you can check this website:

by the way if you ever go to Washington dc plan on lots of time we had only a day for museums and cruised through 2 but there are sooooo many more and so much we missed as well.

  1. That is a great shot.The sun shining on it does make a difference. I love exploring museums. My daughters and I always explore at least two every time we go to Toronto. There is never enough time. B

  2. I love DC too. so much to see. But I do wonder...why did the artist have George dressed as a Roman? Not a normal look for a founding father. lol
