pumpkin seeds

the first cut is always the most painful




but the fruits of the labor await inside




a the juicy goodness awaiting its next step



boiled and salted now ready for baking




DONE.  I love cooked pumpkin seeds.  How about you??? does anyone do them differently?



oh yeah he doesn't look to happy to be dissected does he?

  1. Fun shots. I never heard of boiling them I don't make them myself but I think my friend just rinses them, pats them dry, salts them and then cooks them on a cookie sheet.
