I haven't been posting much sorry about that. I just haven't had much time to take pictures, even this one is with the point and shoot.
Several reasons actually, busy, tired, working on some other card projects (check my card blog for those) but also taking some more time out to read.
I received several really good books for Christmas and have been slowly working my way through them. They are really good and the key to better photos is practice and reading and looking at how to do the job so hopefully when I have more time to shoot (maybe if the sun ever comes out as well) I can apply what I have learned.
So far I have completely finished volume one of Scott Kelby's book and found some great tips in there.
I haven't had a chance to try any of the recipes in from my pioneer woman's cook book yet but drooled over most everything in there.
I just received my PW cookbook and have really enjoyed the recipes so far. The Penne Alla Betsy was very good! We're having the Enchiladas tonight and the Chicken Fried Steak tomorrow. I've also found some really good ones on her website.....Artichoke and Tomato Pasta was delicious.
