17 sausage bake
in my quest to get caught up on the daily blog I am reminded of an article that talks about what to photograph in the winter. Put out by the Digital Photography school.
I took this picture of a new meal I made for my family. Its simple really but it was good and surprisingly my husband ate it. he is soooo picky too and not a big fan of eggs.
the recipe was from a Costco cooking book.
Brown sausage
8 eggs mixed with a cup of cheese, a cup of water, a tablespoon of rosemary and 6 cups of french break cubed up. soak for 10 minutes and pour into an 8 x 8 dish coated with cooking spray and then cook for 40 minutes at 350. yummy

yum - I think I've had this dish at a potluck and it was yummy!
ReplyDeleteYummy! I just sent you an email with questions regarding the type of cheese and the type of sausage you used. I think we are going to make this this week but not include the rosemary.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the link to the photography in winter info. It looks really good.
