Spring has arrived

Medical lake Team ran at medical lake today. Three miles around the lake in great weather. Only did 6 miles instead of 9 since tomorrow I am doing a trail run. Good to see some sun. It was a bit windy afterwards when we had our picnic glad I threw some yoga pants in the car

    Yep, spring finally came to the Portland area too! Nice to see the sun again.
