well I thought I had already posted this and deleted all the photos but these two in error off my camera. grrrr. I made these for a pot luck at work. 
I made these from one of the two books I have put out by hello cupcake. if you haven't seen their blog check it out and the books are well worth it.
the petals are made with marshmallows and colored sugar layered on top of icing.
i have been gone to a scrabooking weekend so will catch up on the blog soon
